Growing tarp demand results in the creation of Wahpeton Canvas Company (WCCO).

Launch of Shur-Lok® roll tarp.

The truck cover division splits off from WCCO and relocates to Yankton, SD.

A name change to Shur-Co® more closely identifies the company with the Shur-Lok®, its best-known product.
